Your mental wellbeing is AS important as your physical wellbeing
IMPORTANT: This service does NOT offer a crisis or out-of-hours service. If you require immediate attention because you have thoughts of harming yourself or others in any way please call your GP for an urgent appointment or take yourself immediately to A&E where they can put you in touch with your local crisis team. Alternatively you can contact the Samaritans on 116 123 (you do not need to feel suicidal to call them - you may just need someone to talk to) - remember you are as unique and as important as the next person - make that call - ask for support.
