Complementary Therapies are exactly that; they complement other forms of conventional therapy. Many people choose to use them as part of an holistic approach to managing negative symptoms or promoting good health.
However I would ALWAYS advise you to seek advice of your GP if you are experiencing unexplained symptoms. It may be necessary for you to check with your GP if a complementary therapy is suitable for you if you have a diagnosed problem or are having investigations for unexplained symptoms. Appointments for Complementary Therapies:
At your first appointment your therapist will need to ask you some questions about your health and lifestyle to ensure that your therapy of choice targets your needs and to ensure that there are no contraindications. This will take between 10 to 15 minutes. The length of your appointment will depend on the therapy you have booked.
Complementary Therapies are currently mainly held in Maldon, with some availabilty in Colchester.

** Essential oil therapy and product making currently unavailable, however use of essential oils may be included in Indian Head Massage, Reiki or Crystal Therapy if appropriate
You will have an extra 15 mins at / or before your first Indian Head Massage, Reiki or Crystal session to complete a short assessment to ensure the therapy is suitable - you will not be charged for this. You are welcome to bring a chaperone with you however I would ask that they are silent thoughout your treatment, they are welcome to bring a book along to read, but mobile/electronic devices should not be used during your appointment to avoid any distraction or interference with your experience.

- Indian Head Massage / Reiki Combo (includes head, face, neck, shoulders, arms and hands) - £60
- Crystal Therapy with Reiki - £55 1hr consultation
- ** Essential Oil Therapy Consultation - £100 1 hr Initial Assessment for new client or new episode, Follow-up reviews for same condition 30 minutes £40, Follow-up review and assessment of new condition 45 minutes £80 **
