Complementary Therapies are exactly that; they complement other forms of conventional therapy. Many people choose to use them as part of an holistic approach to managing negative symptoms or promoting good health.
However I would ALWAYS advise you to seek advice of your GP if you are experiencing unexplained symptoms. It may be necessary for you to check with your GP if a complementary therapy is suitable for you if you have a diagnosed problem or are having investigations for unexplained symptoms. **Appointments for Complementary Therapies:
At your first appointment your therapist will need to ask you some questions about your health and lifestyle to ensure that your therapy of choice targets your needs and to ensure that there are no contraindications. This will take between 10 to 15 minutes. The length of your appointment will depend on the therapy you have booked.
Complementary Therapies are currently held in Mersea and Colchester. We may be able to offer a mobile option in your home.
